Learn How to Get Started as an Expert Witness

Our mission is to provide our clients with the [S]kills [E]ducation [A]bilities and [K]nowledge to succeed. We have been helping physicians supplement their clinical incomes since 1997, are thought leaders in expert witnessing and have deep experience in Independent Medical Examinations. We publish online directories to help physicians obtain case referrals for both expert witnessing and IMEs. In 2003 we founded the annual SEAK Non-Clinical Careers Conference as a way to help physicians explore the numerous non-clinical opportunities that are available to them. In 2025 we moved our Non-Clinical Careers program to a stream-on-demand platform to better accommodate our physicians’ schedules. We are ACCME accredited and have had the honor of training, coaching, mentoring, and assisting many thousands of physicians. We are proud that most of our clients come from referrals from colleagues.
